Platform Rules and Member Obligations

1. Eligibility

Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be suspended and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending review. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each member is permitted to hold only one account on the ibetph platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ibetph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using approved local payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section and are subject to identity verification checks before funds are released. ibetph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity appears unusual. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the member.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on ibetph are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods. 6. Prohibited Activities

Members must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or engage in any form of collusion with other members. ibetph monitors account activity continuouslyand will suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities. Any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibetph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ibetph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ibetph. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate. The ibetph brand name and logo are registered trademarks and must not be used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ibetph provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary service interruptions, technical faults, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, server failures, or force majeure events. Members are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are suitable for accessing the platform. ibetph's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

ibetph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and members may be notified via email or an in-platform message. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ibetph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
